The City of Riverdale tapped US to transform the outdated 1990 Fire Station #2 on Taylor Road into a modern, high-performance operational hub. Our design revitalizes the original vehicle bays and adds a sleek two-story wing—placing ground-floor equipment and offices below spacious upper-level crew quarters. Wrapped in energy-efficient insulated metal panels with a pre-engineered roof framing system, the facility delivers sleek aesthetics, faster construction, and significant cost savings.
